LATE CHARGES AND OTHER FEES. A late fee may be charged by the Owner for each service period that the Renter does not pay rent when due. Renter agrees to pay Owner the following late fees: $5 at 5 days late; $10 at 15 days late; $15 at 32 days late.
LATE CHARGES AND OTHER FEES. Any payment not made when due shall, at the option of Secured Party, bear late charges thereon calculated at the rate of 1 1/2% per month, but in no event greater than the highest rate permitted by relevant law. Debtor shall be responsible for and pay to Secured Party a returned check fee, not to exceed the maximum permitted by law, which fee will be equal to the sum of (i) the actual bank charges incurred by Secured Party plus (ii) all other actual costs and expenses incurred by Secured Party. The returned check fee is payable upon demand as indebtedness secured by the Collateral under this Security Agreement.

Photo release - I/We hereby give consent for the School to use my/our, or the student(s) photograph and likeness for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. LATE CHARGES AND OTHER FEES. Customer agrees to pay PROBOX a $15.00 late fee if rent is not received within ten (10) days of the Charge due date. Customer agrees to pay PROBOX a $45.00 returned check fee plus all bank charges for any dishonored check. These fees are liquidated damages to compensate PROBOX for labor and other costs of collection and are additional rent. Customer also agrees to pay PROBOX all lien, repossession and collection charges now in effect or put into effect by PROBOX.

Other fees that may be applied are as follows; $25 Cut Lock Fee; $25 New Lock Fee; $25 Unreturned Overlock Fee; $100 minimum disposal charge for items left in Rented Space or on Facility Property after Termination of Rental Agreement. These fees are considered Additional Rent and are to compensate Owner for labor and other costs of collection. In the event of Default, Renter agrees to pay all collections and lien costs incurred by Owner.

Provider may assess the following charges or fees: (i) an insufficient funds fee of $25 (or such lower amount as required by law) for any attempted withdrawal from Your checking account or credit card that is refused by Your bank or credit card company; and (ii) any amount owed by You under this Agreement that is not paid within twenty (20) days of the due date set forth on the applicable invoice will accrue interest annually at eight percent (8%) (or the maximum rate permitted under applicable law, if less). If You authorize an automatic payment method pursuant to Section 4(b), You agree that the fees described in this Section 4 may be assessed automatically via electronic fund transfer from Your designated account when Provider processes the next automatic payment of a monthly or final invoice.

In the event of Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx agrees to pay all collections and lien costs incurred by Owner.
LATE CHARGES AND OTHER FEES. Xxxxxx agrees to pay Xxxxxx the indicated late fee if rent is received thirty (30) or more days after the due date. Xxxxxx agrees to pay Lessor the indicated bad check charge plus all bank charges for any dishonored check. In the event of default, Xxxxxx agrees to pay all collection and lien costs incurred by Xxxxxx.
LATE CHARGES AND OTHER FEES. Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay Operator the indicated late fee if rent is received five (5) or more days after the due date Occupant agrees to pay the fee of $10 00. If occupancy charges are still not received with in twenty (20) days of due date, Xxxxxxxx agrees to immediately pay as additional occupancy charges a second fee of $15.00. Occupant agrees to pay Operator the fee for each letter sent to Occupant, notifying Occupant of the default. Occupant agrees to pay operator the indicated Declined Payment charge plus all bank charges for any dishonored check, declined credit card payment or other fee as a result of a “declined payment”. These fees are considered additional rent are to compensate Operator for labor and other costs of collection. In the event of default, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay all collections and lien costs incurred by Operator.
LATE CHARGES AND OTHER FEES. Borrower shall pay to Lender a late charge equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of any payment (other than the principal payment due on the Maturity Date) that is not received by Lender within ten (10) days after the date such payment is due under the terms of this Loan Agreement. In no case will any such late charge be less than $10.00 or more than the maximum amount allowed by applicable law. Collection or acceptance by Lender of such late charge will not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies of Lender provided in this Loan Agreement or in any other Loan Document. The late charge provided for herein represents a fair and reasonable estimate by Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx of a fair average compensation for the loss that might be sustained by Lender due to the failure of Borrower to make timely payments hereunder, the parties recognizing that the damages caused by such extra administrative expenses and loss of the use of funds is impracticable or extremely difficult to ascertain or estimate. Lender may impose a non-sufficient funds fees for any check that is presented for payment that is returned for any reason. In addition, Xxxxxx may charge loan documentation fees as may be reasonably determined by the Lender; provided, Lender is assessing such documentation fees on other borrowers that have loans outstanding with Lender.
