LATE CHARGES AND OTHER FEES. A late fee may be charged by the Owner for each service period that the Renter does not pay rent when due. Renter agrees to pay Owner the following late fees: $5 at 5 days late; $10 at 15 days late; $15 at 32 days late. At 45 days late, a $100 Auction Fee will be applied to the Renter’s account. Renter agrees to pay Owner all bank charges for any dishonored checks, declined or disputed credit card charges, or other fees assessed against Owner as a result of a declined payment. Other fees that may be applied are as follows; $25 Cut Lock Fee; $25 New Lock Fee; $25 Unreturned Overlock Fee; $100 minimum disposal charge for items left in Rented Space or on Facility Property after Termination of Rental Agreement. These fees are considered Additional Rent and are to compensate Owner for labor and other costs of collection. In the event of Default, Renter agrees to pay all collections and lien costs incurred by Owner.

LATE CHARGES AND OTHER FEES. Any payment not made when due shall, at the option of Secured Party, bear late charges thereon calculated at the rate of 1 1/2% per month, but in no event greater than the highest rate permitted by relevant law. Debtor shall be responsible for and pay to Secured Party a returned check fee, not to exceed the maximum permitted by law, which fee will be equal to the sum of (i) the actual bank charges incurred by Secured Party plus (ii) all other actual costs and expenses incurred by Secured Party. The returned check fee is payable upon demand as indebtedness secured by the Collateral under this Security Agreement.

A $50 late fee per student will be charged each month for any payment not made within 10 days of the due date. AUSTIN SCHOOL TUITION CONTRACT for the 2021 - 22 Academic Year, Page 2 of 2 School location - The School will attempt to secure facilities within the “Desired Area” which is defined as a location within the following boundaries: From the intersection of Route 109 and Manchester road, north on Route 109 to South Xxxxxxxxx Road, then to North Xxxxxxxxx Road until it becomes Olive Street Road and from there to the western-most end of N Outer 40 Rd then east on N Outer 40 Rd until it ends. From the end of N Outer 40 Rd, (near Xxxxxx Xx and I-64 / US 40) east on I-64 / US 40 to Xxxxxxxx Ridge Rd, Stemme Dr, and City Center Dr. to Chesterfield Parkway West. From there, via Hilltown Village Center St. to Olive Boulevard, and then proceeding east from there on Olive Blvd. to X. Xxxxxxxxx Boulevard. Then south on X. Xxxxxxxxx Boulevard, and then south on X. Xxxxxxxxx Boulevard to Manchester Road, and then west on Manchester Road to Route 109. The school may relocate its operations at any time in the School’s sole discretion. The school will attempt to secure adequate facilities in the Desired Area, however, the school may also, at its sole discretion, relocate to a facility not within the Desired Area. In the event of a relocation of the school outside of the Desired Area, I/we may provide written notice to the school of our intent to withdraw our student or students within 10 calendar days of said relocation and will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of tuition I/we have paid for the school year.

These fees are considered Additional Rent and are to compensate Owner for labor and other costs of collection. In the event of Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx agrees to pay all collections and lien costs incurred by Owner.
LATE CHARGES AND OTHER FEES. Customer agrees to pay PROBOX a $15.00 late fee if rent is not received within ten (10) days of the Charge due date. Customer agrees to pay PROBOX a $45.00 returned check fee plus all bank charges for any dishonored check. These fees are liquidated damages to compensate PROBOX for labor and other costs of collection and are additional rent. Customer also agrees to pay PROBOX all lien, repossession and collection charges now in effect or put into effect by PROBOX.
LATE CHARGES AND OTHER FEES. Provider may assess the following charges or fees: (i) an insufficient funds fee of $25 (or such lower amount as required by law) for any attempted withdrawal from Your checking account or credit card that is refused by Your bank or credit card company; and (ii) any amount owed by You under this Agreement that is not paid within twenty (20) days of the due date set forth on the applicable invoice will accrue interest annually at eight percent (8%) (or the maximum rate permitted under applicable law, if less). If You authorize an automatic payment method pursuant to Section 4(c), You agree that the fees described in this Section 4(d) may be assessed automatically via electronic fund transfer from Your designated account when Provider processes the next automatic payment of a monthly or final invoice.

Tenant shall pay Operator any indicated fees for each letter sent to Tenant notifying Tenant of the default. In the event of default, Tenant agrees to pay all collections and lien costs incurred by Operator. DENIAL OF ACCESS: When rent or other charges remain unpaid for seven (7) consecutive days Operator may deny Tenant access to the storage space.

In the event of Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay all collections and lien costs incurred by Owner. TERMINATION: Written notice as described in Provision 24 of the Rental Agreement must be given, in advance, by Owner or Occupant to the other party in advance to terminate this tenancy. Except for the Initial Term, Owner does not prorate Rent; therefore, only full months' prepaid Rent shall be returned to Occupant within fifteen (15) days of vacating the Leased Space. Occupant must remove the Vehicle and any Personal Property, and leave the Leased Space clean and in good condition. Occupant is financially responsible for all damages to the Leased Space and the Facility.
