Common use of Late Night Transportation Clause in Contracts

Late Night Transportation. An Employee required to work other than the Employee's normal working hours and who must travel to or from home between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of commercial transportation upon presentation of a receipt.
