Late Payments; Proration. 3.6.1. Any payments not made when due shall accrue interest at the rate of one and one-half (1.5%) percent per month on the unpaid balance or the highest lawful rate, whichever is less, calculated and applied commencing on the first Day of the next month after the payment was due.
