Lateral Transfer. 4.5.1 A lateral transfer is a move from one District site to another without a change in classification. 4.5.2 In addition to job vacancies, two (2) or more employees in the same classification, (e.g., Custodian I) may request a mutual transfer between sites. Such request must be approved by immediate supervisors affected by the transfer.
