Lawn and Trees. Within 45 days of occupancy of home, Xxxxxx agrees to install a lawn covering the entire lot and 2 trees. Both the type of grass to be planted and the type of tree must be approved by Lessor. Trees must be a minimum of 8’ tall and 1 1/2” in diameter. Other types of landscape themes must be approved by management. All landscape material i.e.; rocks, trees, sprinkler systems, shrubs, and lawn, when placed on the homesite by Lessee become property of Lessor, and are considered part of premises.

Lawn and Trees. All Lessees must maintain their yards in a clean and orderly manner. The Lessee is responsible for keeping their grass mowed, fertilized, raked, and trimmed around the home, shed, fence, etc. Grass is not allowed to grow tall around the skirting of the mobile home. (ie. All lots are checked every Friday by management, if grass needs mowed, Lessee will be given a three (3) day notice. If lawn still remains unmowed, the community management will mow & trim your lawn for a $40.00 fee paid by the Lessee.) Remember that dried leaves that accumulate on your lot become a fire hazard, the resident is RESPONSIBLE for raking them and having them bagged. All trees and lawns must be watered by the Lessee. Grass seed is free. Call the office for assistance.
