Laws and Regulation. 4.6.1 The Contractor shall adhere to all laws and regulations relating to the provision of the Project Services.

The Transfer Agent reserves the right to amend and update the form of its Rule 38a-1 certification from time to time to comply with new or amended requirements of applicable law or to enhance its Compliance+ program.
Laws and Regulation. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, no party to this Agreement shall be required to take any act, or fail to take any act, under this Agreement if the effect thereof would be to cause such party to be in violation of any applicable law, statute, rule or regulation.

By opening an account and using Caladex services in regard to crypto purchase using fiat and whitelisting your wallet any you agree and fully understand that you shall act in accordance with and be legally bound by this agreement and all relevant laws and regulations. In addition you should comply with any reasonable requests by us for information, documents and agreements related to any of the services we offer through our platform. Failure to do so may result in the closure of your account and ability to use the services provided by Caladex.
