Lay-off Recall (Vacation Leave and Overtime Use. Any employee being laid off who has standing to his/her credit an entitlement to vacation leave or time off in lieu of overtime may elect to take either during the period of lay-off, but their recall to work shall be governed by the provisions set forth in Article 8 of this agreement.
