Layoff and Recall Information to the Union. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with copies of relevant portions of seniority list(s) which are used to determine which employees are to be laid off. Copies of all lists covered in this Section, as well as any additions, deletions, or alterations, will be forwarded to UTEA within seven (7) days following notice to employees of layoff or within seven (7) days following any additions, deletions or alterations.
