Layoff/Reduction in Hours/Elimination of Position. In the event of a layoff, layoffs will be by classification. Instructors with experience as DSP Specialists will be entitled to bump from the DSP Instructor classification to the Specialist classification and bump junior DSP specialists in the order of their seniority. For purposes of this section, DSP - Job Coach will be regarded as a DSP Specialist. Employees to be laid off will be given at least fifteen (15) calendar days advance notice or as soon as the Employer is aware of the need for a reduction in forces, if it is less than fifteen (15) days. All temporary and part time employees shall be eliminated prior to full time employees.
