Lead/Charge Differential. A transplant coordinator who is selected and assigned lead/charge transplant coordinator responsibilities by management shall receive a lead/charge differential of three dollars ($3.00) per hour for the shift. Lead/Charge differential shall be in addition to other applicable differentials or premiums, if any.
