Lead Employees. In its discretion the school district may appoint one or more lead employees. In such event, the appointment shall be made for a one (1) year term only, and the school district may or may not renew such appointment in its discretion. In the event of such an appointment, the employee shall receive a stipend of $3,000 per annum. A job description shall be promulgated by the school district and the school district shall meet and confer with Local 3904 prior to implementation of the job description.
