Common use of Lead Hand Pay Clause in Contracts

Lead Hand Pay. An employee who on instruction by the Employer performs as a Lead Hand, in a lead position not already established in Appendix “A”, shall be paid an additional 8% on their regular rate of pay for all time spent in the lead function.

Lead Hand Pay. An employee who on instruction by the Employer Corporation performs as a Lead Hand, in a lead position not already established covered in Appendix “A”the appendices, shall be paid an additional 86% on their his or her regular rate of pay for all time spent in the lead function.

Lead Hand Pay. An employee who on instruction by the Employer performs as a Lead Hand, in a lead position not already established in Appendix “A”, shall be paid an additional 8% nine percent (9 %) on their regular rate of pay for all time spent in the lead function.
