Lead Sentry. 1. The position of Lead School Sentry shall be appointed and shall serve at the discretion of the District from School Sentries currently employed by the District. The civil service title will not change for any Sentry chosen to be a Lead School Sentry. School Sentries shall have a right to decline appointment to the position of Lead School Sentry or to return to his or her previous position if appointed. 2. The Director of Safety and Security shall consult with building administrators at locations where three (3) or more sentries are assigned and will have the option to designate a Lead School Sentry. The Lead School Sentry shall serve as a liaison to the Director of Safety and Security and the building administrator at each applicable location and serve as an intermediary within the chain of command at the building. In the designation of any mobile Lead School Sentry, the Director of Safety and Security shall consult with building administrators within the respective quadrant(s). 3. The Director of Safety and Security will work with the Office of Human Resources to establish an application process and procedure. 4. In order to qualify for consideration for the title of Lead School Sentry, a respective unit member: a. Must have been employed for a minimum of two (2) years as a Sentry in the District, b. Must have maintained a good attendance record, c. Must have a driver’s license, d. Must be in good standing with the District The District will also take into consideration: a. Ability to prepare accurate and professional quality reports b. Professional development received Additionally, any other qualifications that the District sees fit. 5. In the event that a Lead School Sentry is out, a mobile Sentry shall perform the duties of the Lead Sentry if deemed appropriate by the Director of School Security. 6. The lead Sentry shall be identified through a distinctive uniform apparel item, provided by the District, to facilitate ease of identification and access for all; and 7. Those individuals who are selected as Lead School Sentries shall receive a stipend of $3.00 per hour.

  • Invoicing for Charges Against the Judicial Council’s Master Account A. The Contractor shall establish a Master Account for the Judicial Council’s charges provided for under the exhibits of this Agreement. B. Charges to the Master Account shall be settled with Citibank CMC, as defined herein. C. The Contractor's final invoice for the Master Account shall include the Judicial Council Contract Number set forth on the face of this Agreement and shall be itemized to show the applicable and allowable charges by date and event/category/activity and number served, as appropriate. D. For performing the Work of this Agreement, the Contractor shall xxxx the Judicial Council for the total actual charges against the Master Account, based upon the prices stated herein and itemized to provide the following details, if applicable: i. Sleeping room charges as set forth in Exhibit C; ii. Meeting room rental charges as set forth in Exhibit D; iii. Food and beverage charges as set forth in Exhibit E; and/or iv. Charges for miscellaneous requirements as set forth in Exhibit F. E. If the Contract is terminated in whole or in part, pursuant to either the termination for cause provision or the Judicial Council’s obligation subject to availability of funds provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Contactor shall xxxx the Judicial Council for only those applicable and allowable charges accrued up to the effective date of termination, itemized as set forth above in this provision. F. If the Contract is terminated pursuant to the Termination Fee charge provision, as set forth in Exhibit B, the Contractor shall xxxx the Judicial Council for the allowable and applicable Termination Fee, as set forth in Table 2, below, and shall offset the Termination Fee by rental charges for the meeting and function rooms that the Contractor received from Third Parties during the Program

  • Trustee’s Application for Instructions from the Company Any application by the Trustee for written instructions from the Company (other than with regard to any action proposed to be taken or omitted to be taken by the Trustee that affects the rights of the Holders of the Notes under this Indenture) may, at the option of the Trustee, set forth in writing any action proposed to be taken or omitted by the Trustee under this Indenture and the date on and/or after which such action shall be taken or such omission shall be effective. The Trustee shall not be liable to the Company for any action taken by, or omission of, the Trustee in accordance with a proposal included in such application on or after the date specified in such application (which date shall not be less than three Business Days after the date any officer that the Company has indicated to the Trustee should receive such application actually receives such application, unless any such officer shall have consented in writing to any earlier date), unless, prior to taking any such action (or the effective date in the case of any omission), the Trustee shall have received written instructions in accordance with this Indenture in response to such application specifying the action to be taken or omitted.
