Attendance Record. The Superintendent shall be responsible for filing a time-off slip, in advance of the time off, as set forth herein, or immediately upon his return to the district in the event of an unplanned absence, with the Board Secretary or with the designated staff member in charge of maintaining district attendance records each time any leave is taken. The Superintendent and Board President shall periodically review the Superintendent’s attendance record to assure correctness.
Attendance Record. Every employer shall have available an attendance register in the form of BCEA 3 to the regulations promulgated in terms of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997, in which any employee who wishes to do so may, and every employee whose employer requires him to do so, shall record his correct times of arrival at and departure from work.

Attendance Record. An employee attendance record must be kept by each hospital subject to this award. It must show the name, category, classification of each employee and time worked on each day, including overtime.
Attendance Record. Contractor is required to install Bio-metric attendance system to regulate attendance of the workforce engaged by them. Contractor shall provide proper Biometric employment cards for the contract workers to be deployed by him for Work/services, duly signed by the Contractor or authorized person on behalf of the Contractor. All the workforce deployed at the work premises shall mark their attendance in the Bio-metric attendance system installed at BHEL premises. For the same, the Contractor shall complete all formalities before deployment of workforce at BHEL premises. However, a physical attendance register (Muster Roll) shall be also maintained by the Contractor at work premise for physical verification by BHEL / statutory authorities. In case of manpower deployed at other locations (i.e. other than PSSR HQ Office), an Attendance Register of the Contractor’s workforce shall be maintained by the Contractor at each work premise separately for physical verification by BHEL & Statutory Authorities.
Attendance Record. Each employee participating in the flextime scheme must complete an attendance record or flextime record. The attendance record is used to compare hours worked with standard hours for the designation, and calculate carryovers. This record must show the times at which the employee commenced and ceased work each day, periods of any absence from duty during the day, and details of authorised leave and unauthorised absences. Employees must ensure that attendance details are correctly recorded at the time, and calculate the total hours and carryover each settlement period. Supervisors must check that the recorded attendance and calculations are correct, ensure that attendance and carryovers are in accordance with the scheme’s requirements and make sure that leave applications and details of any time to be deducted are forwarded to the Human Resource Section.
