Lead Submission. In order to qualify under this Agreement, any Registered Lead must originate: (i) for Direct Sales, from the specific LogMeIn Lead registration Web page, and/or, (ii) for Online Sales, from a link to the applicable LogMeIn Web page embedded with a Referral Partner channel tag for tracking purposes.

Lead Submission. Licensor agrees to connect with Qualified Leads which Licensee has introduced to the Land Banking Concept, as well as Educated, Pre-Qualified potential of prospect to participate, and has Submitted Lead through authorized channel.
Lead Submission. 3.1 Once a potential Customer has been identified, Partner must refer the Lead to Bizagi, by submitting a Deal Registration Form. Bizagi will review the potential Customer and accept or reject the lead via a return email within a reasonable time. A failure to respond by Bizagi shall constitute a rejection by Bizagi. 3.2 Only Qualified Leads that are transmitted by Partner on a Deal Registration Form and received by Bizagi before the expiration or termination of this Agreement, and which result in the execution of an agreement with Customer for Bizagi Products within six (6) months of the date the Deal Registration Form, will be eligible for Credits or Partner Commissions subject to the fulfillment of the requirements set forth hereafter, as applicable. 3.3 After Partner has submitted a Lead to Bizagi, Partner shall not refer a competitor of Bizagi to such Lead. Partner will not enter into an agreement with a third party that would prohibit the submission of a lead pursuant to this Agreement.
Lead Submission. 2.1 In order to receive a commission in connection with the referral of a Lead, ADP must complete and submit to Concur a “Lead Referral Worksheet” in the form attached to this Exhibit for each sales opportunity for a Concur License Transaction or Concur Hosted Subscription Transaction that ADP identifies for Concur. Each Lead Referral Worksheet must be completed in full. A Lead Referral Worksheet can be submitted in either a paper or electronic form. At least one of the Prospect contacts listed on the Lead Referral Worksheet MUST be a management-level employee in the Prospect’s organization that has decision-making authority regarding the procurement of Concur’s products or services. 2.2 Leads must be submitted in writing by ADP and shall be deemed accepted by Concur unless rejected within [ * * * ] from the date of receipt by Concur of the applicable Lead Referral Worksheet.   • BID SUBMISSION All Bids are to be packaged, sealed and submitted to the location stated in the Bid Specifications. Bidders are solely responsible for timely delivery of their Bids to the location set forth in the Bid Specifications prior to the stated Bid opening date/time. A Bid return envelope, if provided with the Bid Specifications, should be used with the Bid sealed inside. If the Bid response does not fit into the envelope, the Bid envelope should be attached to the outside of the sealed box or package with the Bid inside. Bidder shall have no claim against the receiving entity arising from such opening and such opening shall not affect the validity of the Bid or the procurement. Notwithstanding the receiving agency’s right to open a Bid to ascertain the foregoing information, Bidder assumes all risk of late delivery associated with the Bid not being identified, packaged or labeled in accordance with the foregoing requirements. All Bids must be signed by a person authorized to commit the Bidder to the terms of the Bid Documents and the content of the Bid (offer).

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Resubmission If terminated, resolved or withdrawn, a grievance cannot be resubmitted.
