Common use of Lead Worker Clause in Contracts

Lead Worker. An employee assigned to a full spectrum of lead worker duties shall receive a five percent (5%) increase for actual hours worked as a lead worker. Lead worker duties comprise all of the following: • Training • Reviewing Work • Organizing, planning, and scheduling work assignments • Providing input on employee performance evaluations • Providing guidance in daily activities • Providing technical expertise • Acting as a resource on difficult points of procedure • Providing assistance to and making recommendations in the hiring process Employees shall not exercise lead worker responsibilities over employees with whom they have a family, financial, or close personal relationship.
