Common use of LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES Clause in Contracts

LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES. The School is authorized to provide learning opportunities in grades six through eight to a minimum of 25 students for a minimum of 920 hours per school year. A description of the learning opportunities that will be offered to students including both classroom-based and non-classroom-based learning opportunities that is in compliance with criteria for student participation established by ODE under ORC Section 3314.08(H)(2) is stated in this Contract in the Educational Plan described in Section B, subsection 30 of this Contract and attached as ATTACHMENT 3. If the School uses a blended learning model, as defined in ORC Section 3301.079, additional information about the model is also provided in ATTACHMENT 5.
