Lease and Description of Premises. Landlord, for and in consideration of the rent, covenants, agreements and conditions stated herein, does hereby lease to Tenant and Tenant does hereby lease from Landlord the following described premises (hereinafter referred to as the “Leased Premises”) situated in the Flagship Enterprise Center Building located at 2000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 (hereinafter referred to as “Building”) and including all that certain space, which is on the first floor of the Flagship Enterprise Center Building which is designated as Suites #114, 115, 116, & 117 and Labs #2, 3, & 4 consisting of 4744 square feet of space as shown in Exhibit “A.” Because of the special nature of Landlord’s building, Landlord has the option, in its sole discretion, to require Tenant to move to comparable space in the Building during the term of this Lease.
Lease and Description of Premises. Said Building which is designated as the Flagship Energy Systems Building, consists of 70,000 square feet of space.
Lease and Description of Premises. Landlord does hereby lease, demise and let to Tenant, and Tenant does hereby lease from Landlord the premises hereinafter defined (the “Leased Premises”), subject to and upon the terms, covenants, conditions and restrictions hereinafter set forth. Landlord does hereby lease, demise and let to Tenant the use of the facilities indicated on "Exhibit A" (the "Leased Premises") attached hereto and made a part hereof, consisting of classrooms 6. 7, 8. 9, 10, 11. 12, principal's office, kitchen and staff lounge with access to bathroom facilities for children and, during times agreed upon with the Landlord. access to specific shared spaces in the facility that includes the cafeteria, outside playground, gym. and public bathrooms.

Landlord, for and in consideration of the rent, covenants, agreements and conditions stated herein, does hereby lease to Tenant and Tenant does hereby lease from Landlord the following described property located in Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana: Common Address: 0000 X Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Yorktown, Indiana 47396 (hereinafter the “Leased Premises which premises are identified on Exhibit A front bldg.; Physical Description of Leased Premises: Approximately 4,177 square feet of a free standing office building consisting of 4,177 total gross square feed owned by Landlord together with the use of parking area and leasehold improvements as set forth in Section 1.02 below (hereinafter the “Leased Premises”), which property is located on the real estate identified by tax parcel no. 18-10-21-276-005.000-017 (the “Real Estate”);

Because of the special nature of Landlord's building, Landlord has the option, in its sole discretion, to require Tenant to move to comparable space in the Building during the term of this Lease.
