Section 22.7. 17 All trips that do not put the driver into overtime status will be assigned by seniority within the rotation 18 roster. During the trip a driver is provided a one-half (1/2) hour duty free meal if all possible. A driver 19 will not be paid for off duty hours. Off duty – meaning that at the end of the day, the driver would be 20 off duty until engaged to work the next day. Bus drivers will be paid while on duty, which would 21 include being responsible for children on the bus. A bus driver relieved of his/her duty will not be paid 22 until called back into duty. Bus drivers will be compensated at one and one-half (1 ½) times the 23 applicable rate for all hours worked in excess of a forty (40) hour work week. 24 25 Section 22.8. Out of District Trips. 26 Drivers that are on a trip shall be paid the regular rate of pay for their regularly scheduled hours. Any 27 hours beyond their regularly scheduled hours will be paid at the trip rate of pay.

The Primary Servicer may engage a third party at its cost to perform property inspections and prepare property inspection reports without first obtaining the consent of the Master Servicer; provided, however, that the Primary Servicer shall remain obligated and primarily liable to the Master Servicer for satisfactory completion of the inspections and reports as required by this Agreement. If any inspection report identifies a “life safety” or other material deferred maintenance item existing with respect to the related Mortgaged Property, the Sub-Servicer (x) shall promptly send to the related Borrower (with a copy to the Master Servicer by email to xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx) a letter identifying such deferred maintenance item and instructing the related Borrower to correct such deferred maintenance item and (y) shall notify the Master Servicer (by email to xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx) upon resolution of such life safety or deferred maintenance item.
