Lease Limits. Borrower will not and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries directly or indirectly to become or remain liable in any way, whether directly or by assignment or as a guarantor or other surety, for the obligations of the lessee under any operating lease (other than intercompany leases between Borrower and its Subsidiaries), if the aggregate amount of all rents paid by Borrower and its Subsidiaries under all such leases would exceed $3,000,000 in any fiscal year of Borrower.
