LEASE SUBMISSION. 42.01 Landlord and Tenant agree that this Lease is submitted to Tenant on the understanding that it shall not be considered an offer and shall not bind Landlord in any way unless and until (i) Tenant has duly executed and delivered duplicate originals thereof to Landlord and (ii) Landlord has executed and delivered one of said originals to Tenant.
LEASE SUBMISSION. This lease is submitted to Tenant for signature, with the understanding that it shall not bind Landlord unless and until it has been executed by Landlord and delivered to Tenant or Tenant's attorney or agent.

LEASE SUBMISSION. Landlord may pursue the relief or remedy sought in any invalid clause in this Lease, by conforming the said clause with the pro-visions of the statutes or the regulations of any governmental agency in such case made and provided, as if the particular provisions of the applicable statutes or regulations were set forth herein at length.
