LEAVE BANK TERMINATION. Prior to any decision regarding termination of this Leave Bank, the Human Resources Director will meet and consult with the Union to discuss alternatives to termination. The decision whether to terminate the Leave Bank shall be at the sole discretion of the President. This decision is not subject to challenge or appeal. Should the decision to terminate the plan be made, the Human Resources Office shall have the responsibility to terminate the plan pursuant to the provision of this policy. LEAVE BANK TERMINATION. Like all other articles of this Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Donated Leave Bank is subject to negotiation in Collective Bargaining, and shall not be terminated for the duration of this agreement.

  • Vendor’s Termination If TIPS fails to materially perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Vendor shall provide written notice to TIPS specifying the default (“Notice of Default”). If TIPS does not cure such default within thirty (30) days, Vendor may terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, for cause. If Vendor terminates this Agreement for cause, and it is later determined that the termination for cause was wrongful, the termination shall automatically be converted to and treated as a termination for convenience.

  • Term Termination 8.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the date hereof and shall continue in force until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.
