Leave Exhaustion. The employee has exhausted or will shortly exhaust leave in accordance with WAC 392-316A-040. 4.2.6.1 For pregnancy disability and/or parental leave it is not required to deplete all their annual leave or sick leave and up to forty (40) hours can be maintained in reserve.
