Common use of LEAVE FOR ASSIGNMENT TO SPECIAL PROJECT Clause in Contracts

LEAVE FOR ASSIGNMENT TO SPECIAL PROJECT. An employee having tenure in a classification in the classified civil service, who is appointed to the classification of Project Specialist, may be granted a leave of absence without pay from the classification in which he/she has tenure, by the Agency/Department Head, for the duration of said employee's assignment to the special project.

LEAVE FOR ASSIGNMENT TO SPECIAL PROJECT. An employee having tenure in a classification in the classified civil serviceCivil Service, who is appointed to the classification of Project Specialist, may be granted a leave of absence without pay from the classification in which he/she has tenure, by the Agency/Department Head, for the duration of said employee's assignment to the special project.
