Common use of Leave for Attending Clause in Contracts

Leave for Attending. SPEA-Related Conferences and Conventions and Training The Company will provide SPEA with up to twenty-five (25) paid working days leave for the purpose of attending conferences conventions and training of Executives and/or Area Representatives , per Agreement year. SPEA may allocate the twenty-five (25) paid days time between its Executive and/or Area Representatives. All requests for such leave must be made by an Executive of SPEA to the employee’s Manager; and Human Resources at least two (2) weeks in advance and are subject to the company’s operational requirements.
