Leave for Citizenship Ceremony. Employees who have been employed for at least thirty (30) days may take up to four (4) hours of unpaid leave to attend their citizenship ceremony and receive their certificate of citizenship, as provided under the Citizenship Act. The employee shall provide at least two (2) weeks’ notice, or as much notice as possible before the ceremony.
