Leave for Examinations. Regular full-time and regular part-time employees shall be entitled to up to one (1) day of leave with pay when writing examinations to upgrade employment- related qualifications, to a maximum of three (3) days per fiscal year, if the examination is scheduled to take place during the employees regularly scheduled shift.
