Leave for Grievances. The Employer shall allow leave without loss of pay for up to one (1) elected Union representative and one (1) grievor for grievance meetings under Article 19:04. One (1) grievor shall be allowed leave with pay to attend arbitration hearings. (a) Any disagreement between the parties to this Agreement with respect to the application or interpretation of the articles contained herein, or any other matters relating to conditions of employment shall be resolved pursuant to Article 19:03 and 19:04 hereof.
