Leave for Jury Duty or Appearance as Witness. 11.5.1 Members of the bargaining unit shall be granted paid leave for compulsory jury duty, with the condition that money receivable for such services be remitted to the District and, if not remitted to the District, shall be deducted from the employee's pay.
