Leave for OCEA Business. A. The County shall grant OCEA stewards the ability to utilize accrued leave time to attend monthly XXXX xxxxxxx meetings of up to sixty (60) minutes and up to sixty (60) minutes travel time to the OCEA offices in Santa Xxx.
