Common use of Leave Notifications Clause in Contracts

Leave Notifications. ‌ The employee is required to notify their immediate supervisor when they will be absent. Notification to your supervisor does not authorize the absence. In the event the absence was not authorized in advance, a leave form must be completed, signed, and given to your supervisor immediately upon return to work. Failure to comply with the procedure above may be considered an unauthorized absence.
