Common use of Leave of Absence - Compassionate Clause in Contracts

Leave of Absence - Compassionate. 11.08.01 Compassionate Leave may be granted to an employee for an emergency situation, which the Company considers to be legitimate compassionate grounds. Should the Company determine this leave to be without loss of regular pay, it will be for a maximum of three (3) consecutive days. Additional time may be with or without pay at the discretion of the Company.
