Leave of Absence for Full-time Union Representative. An employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union or any body with which the Union is affiliated shall be granted leave of absence without loss of seniority, for a minimum of three (3) months to a maximum of thirty-six (36) months. Such leave shall be renewed, on request, during his/her term of office. Such employee shall receive his/her pay and benefits as provided for in the Agreement but the Union shall reimburse the Employer for all pay and benefits during the period of absence.
