Common use of LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR ILLNESS OF CHILDREN Clause in Contracts

LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR ILLNESS OF CHILDREN. Where no one at home other than the employee can provide for the needs during illness of an employee’s dependent child an employee shall be entitled, after notifying their immediate supervisor, to use up to four (4) accumulated sick leave days per teacher per year to care for dependent children who are ill.
