Leave of Absence Programs. The Tronox Leave of Absence Programs shall not cause any Transferred Individual to forfeit any accrued vacation or leave that is transferred to Tronox or a Tronox Entity from Xxxx-XxXxx or a Xxxx-XxXxx Entity that could not be forfeited under the applicable Xxxx-XxXxx Leave of Absence Program.
