Leave of Absence Programs. From and after the Interim Transfer Date, SpinCo is and shall continue to be responsible for the administration and compliance of all leaves of absences and related programs (including, but not limited to, compliance with the United Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act or similar state or other Laws or with the Applicable CBA) affecting Transferred Employees for the period at and after the Interim Transfer Date.
