Leave Pay Upon Separation. Upon separation of employment all accrued leave shall be paid at the peace officer's ’s premium wages, if the peace officer is eligible to receive such pay. Upon separation the peace officer may elect to receive such pay in annual installments not to exceed three (3) years based on approval of the Finance Director. The annual installments will be paid in the first pay period in February.
