Leave Payment Upon Separation. Upon separation, employees shall be paid in full for all annual leave accrued, but not taken. However, payoff for accrued leave shall not be made to an employee who terminates or who is terminated during the initial probationary period. In the event of death, a regular employee's estate or beneficiary will be paid the full value of leave accrued and not taken.
