Meeting Attendance The Contractor shall attend such meetings of the Town relative to the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A as may be requested by the Town. Any requirement made by the named representatives of the Town shall be given with reasonable notice to the Contractor so that a representative may attend.
Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.
PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE 17.01 When the Employer requires an employee to be present at a meeting called by the Employer during the employee's scheduled working hours, time spent at such meeting shall be considered as time worked.
Meeting A copy of the decision shall be sent to the grievant and to the UFF grievance representative if the grievant elected self-representation or representation by legal counsel.
Kickoff Meeting 6.3.1. The Contractor shall conduct a kickoff meeting with the Purchaser to further clarify PO expectations.
Annual Meeting An annual meeting of the stockholders for the election of directors and for other business shall be held on such date and at such time as may be fixed by the board of directors.
Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.
Notice of Board Meetings Notice of Board meetings shall be given by the Chair or the Chair’s designee to each other Board Member by overnight courier service, email or other electronic transmission, or personal delivery. Notices shall be deemed to have been given: if given by courier service, when deposited with a courier service for overnight delivery with charges therefor prepaid or duly provided for; if given email or other electronic transmission, at the time of sending; and if given by personal delivery, at the time of delivery. Notices given by personal delivery may be in writing or oral. Written notices shall be sent to a Board Member at the postal address, email address or address for other electronic transmission, designated by him or her for that purpose or, if none has been so designated, at his or her last known residence or business address, email address or address for other electronic transmission. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no notice of any meeting of the Board need state the purposes of the meeting.
Job Meetings Upon award of the Mini-Bid Contract and prior to the start of any work, the Contractor shall be available for an initial job meeting with the Authorized User’s representative to discuss the following items:
POST AWARD MEETING Within ten (10) days after receipt of notification of award of bid, Contractor shall meet with the County’s representative(s) to discuss job procedures and scheduling.
