When an employee is absent from work on approved Union Conventionleave, Seminar or Conferences, the Company shall pay the employee's regular wages. The Union agrees to reimburse the Company for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate such wages within forty-five (5) working days for any one (1) employee in any one (145) calendar year provided this shall not interfere with the efficient operation days of the Company and further provided that the Company is requested in writing for such leave of absence at least twosubmitting an invoice.
