Leaves for Study Without Pay. Leave of up to two (2) months, without pay, for the purposes of school attendance may be granted at the Chief Executive Officer’s discretion to employees who have two (2) or more years of service. Such leave of up to six (6) months, without pay, for the purpose of school attendance may be granted to employees who have eight (8) or more years of service. Such requests must be approved by the Chief Executive Officer.
