Legal Fees Excluded. If the Client does not recover from trial, or the Client does not receive a settlement offer, but the Client wishes to proceed with any post-trial motions or an appeal, then the Firm will re-negotiate the Firm’s Contingency Fee at that time in writing. The legal fees for trial do not include the preparation of any post-trial motions and hearings for either a new trial or a renewed judgment as a matter of law.

  • Fees; Expenses As consideration for the services provided by the Warrant Agent (the “Services”), the Company shall pay to the Warrant Agent the fees set forth on Schedule 1 hereto (the “Fees”).   • Union Dues Deductions It shall be a condition of employment for all Nurses in the Bargaining Unit, that dues be deducted from their bi-weekly salary in the amount determined by the Union. The deductions for newly employed Nurses shall be in the first pay period of employment. The dues shall be submitted monthly to the Union together with a list of the Nurses from whom the deductions were made.

  • Association Dues Deduction ‌ When the Association provides written authorization to the Employer for deduction of membership dues, the Employer will deduct from the employee’s salary, an amount equal to the dues required to be a member of the Association, depending on their permanent or non-permanent dues rate. The Agency will provide payments for all said deductions to the Association each pay period.

  • Reimbursement of Legal Fees and Expenses and Other Expenses Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default hereunder by the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate, should the County be required to employ attorneys or incur other reasonable expenses for the collection of payments due hereunder or for the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement, the County shall be entitled, within thirty (30) days of demand therefor, to reimbursement of the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other reasonable expenses so incurred.

  • Registry-­‐Level Fees (a) Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a registry-­‐level fee equal to (i) the registry fixed fee of US$6,250 per calendar quarter and (ii) the registry-­‐level transaction fee (collectively, the “Registry-­‐Level Fees”). The registry-­‐level transaction fee will be equal to the number of annual increments of an initial or renewal domain name registration (at one or more levels, and including renewals associated with transfers from one ICANN-­‐accredited registrar to another, each a “Transaction”), during the applicable calendar quarter multiplied by US$0.25; provided, however that the registry-­‐level transaction fee shall not apply until and unless more than 50,000 Transactions have occurred in the TLD during any calendar quarter or any consecutive four calendar quarter period in the aggregate (the “Transaction Threshold”) and shall apply to each Transaction that occurred during each quarter in which the Transaction Threshold has been met, but shall not apply to each quarter in which the Transaction Threshold has not been met. Registry Operator’s obligation to pay the quarterly registry-­‐level fixed fee will begin on the date on which the TLD is delegated in the DNS to Registry Operator. The first quarterly payment of the registry-­‐level fixed fee will be prorated based on the number of calendar days between the delegation date and the end of the calendar quarter in which the delegation date falls.
