Common use of Lender Conference Calls Clause in Contracts

Lender Conference Calls. On a regular basis (but in any event no less frequently than monthly if and to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent) at such times as the Borrower and the Administrative Agent shall agree, host a conference call with the Administrative Agent and the Lenders to discuss the performance of the business, strategic alternatives and other issues as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
