Lender Conference Calls. The Borrower will hold and participate in a conference call with the Administrative Agent and Lenders once per fiscal quarter, within a reasonable time after financial statements are delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a) or (b), on such date and time as may be agreed to by the Borrower and Administrative Agent.
