Lender Conference Calls. Borrower will hold and participate in a monthly conference call for the Lenders to discuss its results of operations and financial condition in respect of its last completed calendar month. Prior to each conference call, at the request of the Borrower, the Lenders shall notify the Borrower of the time and date of such conference call. Section 5.14.
