Common use of Lender Conference Calls Clause in Contracts

Lender Conference Calls. The Borrower will host quarterly conference calls with Lenders to discuss the financial condition and results of operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the most recently ended period for which financial statements have been delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a) and Section 5.01(b), at a date and time to be determined by the Borrower in consultation with the Administrative Agent.

Lender Conference Calls. The Borrower will shall host quarterly conference calls with Lenders to discuss the financial condition and results of operations of the Borrower Holdings and its Subsidiaries for the most recently ended period for which financial statements have been delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a) and Section 5.01(b), at a date and time to be determined by the Borrower in consultation with the Administrative Agent; provided, however, the provisions of this Section 5.18 may be satisfied by the Company hosting quarterly earnings calls with the public.

Lender Conference Calls. The Borrower Borrowers will host quarterly hold and participate in an annual conference calls with call for Lenders to discuss financial information delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a). The Borrowers will hold such conference call following the financial condition and results of operations delivery of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries required financial information for the most recently ended period for which financial statements have been delivered such fiscal year pursuant to Section 5.01(a) and not later than ten Business Days from the time the Borrowers deliver the financial information as set forth in Section 5.01(b5.01(a). Prior to each conference call, at a date and time to be determined by the Borrower in consultation with request of the Borrowers, the Administrative AgentAgent shall notify the Lenders of the time and date of such conference call.
