Common use of Length of Apprenticeship Clause in Contracts

Length of Apprenticeship. Apprentice Meat Cutters shall be employed only in accordance with the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Act and be paid the rates provided for Apprentices herein. The Apprentice program shall consist of a two (2) year training period. Apprentices may work without supervision fifty percent (50%) of their work schedule during the first half of the program and may work alone during the second half of the program.
