Common use of Length of Term Clause in Contracts

Length of Term. The term of this Lease shall be for a period of ten (10) years plus the partial calendar month, if any, occurring after the Commencement Date (as hereinafter defined) if the Commencement Date occurs other than on the first day of a calendar month.

The term of this Lease shall be for a period of ten TEN (10) years YEARS, plus the partial calendar monthperiod if any between the commencement date established pursuant to Section 1.01 of the attached Lease Agreement, if any, occurring after the Commencement Date (as hereinafter defined) if the Commencement Date occurs it falls on a day other than on the first day of a month, and the first day of the first full calendar monthmonth in the term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall be bound by all of the provisions of this Lease, from the date of the first occupancy of the Leased Premises by Tenant or its agents for any purpose prior to the Commencement Date.
