LESSEE'S GENERAL CONTRACTOR. A general contractor selected by Lessee and approved in writing by Lessor, who will be engaged by Lessee to construct Lessee's Work.

LESSEE'S GENERAL CONTRACTOR. Lessee shall obtain the prior reasonable written approval of Lessor as to Lessee's General Contractor.
LESSEE'S GENERAL CONTRACTOR. Commodore Builders, Inc. or another general contractor selected by Lessee and approved in writing by Lessor (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) who will be engaged by Lessee to construct Lessee's Work.
LESSEE'S GENERAL CONTRACTOR. Lessee shall obtain the prior written approval of Lessor as to Lessee’s General Contractor which approval will not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
LESSEE'S GENERAL CONTRACTOR and each of the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural subcontractors performing the Work, must obtain and keep in force throughout the course of its performance of the Lessee’s Work the following:

  • General Contractor A building, construction, or contracting firm with whom Borrower has contracted or may in the future contract with for the construction of the Improvements pursuant to a certain construction contract between them (the "Construction Contract").

  • Tenant’s Compliance With Landlord’s Fire and Casualty Insurance Tenant shall, at Tenant’s expense, comply with all insurance company requirements pertaining to the use of the Premises. If Tenant’s conduct or use of the Premises causes any increase in the premium for such insurance policies then Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any such increase. Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall comply with all rules, orders, regulations or requirements of the American Insurance Association (formerly the National Board of Fire Underwriters) and with any similar body.

  • Tenant’s Contractors If Tenant should desire to enter the Premises or authorize its agent to do so prior to the Commencement Date of the Lease, to perform approved work not requested of the Landlord, Landlord shall permit such entry if:

  • LANDLORD'S SERVICES Provided Tenant is not in default hereunder, Landlord shall, at Landlord's expense, except as provided to the contrary in this Lease, furnish to Tenant the following services:

  • Landlord’s Retention of Contractor Landlord shall independently retain the Contractor to perform the Tenant Improvement Work in accordance with the Approved Construction Drawings.

  • Landlord Services Any services provided by, or on behalf of, Landlord will not prevent any amounts received or accrued from qualifying as "Rents from real property" (within the meaning of Section 856(d)(2) or Section 512(b)(3) of the Code).

  • LESSEE'S IMPROVEMENTS Since Lessor is the Insuring Party, Lessor shall not be required to insure Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations unless the item in question has become the property of Lessor under the terms of this Lease.
