Common use of LETTER OF COMMITMENT Clause in Contracts

LETTER OF COMMITMENT. DLC:01 The Parties agree to discuss the purchase and supply of reflective three (3) in one (1) jackets for Permanent and Temporary Field Inspectors, Instrumentpersons, Rodpersons, Solids Testing Technicians and Soils Testing Assistants. The goal of these discussions is to review and make appropriate recommendations regarding clothing supplied to the Employees. The Employer agrees to supply raincoats and rubber boots to those Construction Services Employees expected to work in wet, inclement conditions. SCHEDULE “E”
