Section M. Secretaries who do not receive permission to earn overtime will not be required to work beyond their scheduled workday and will not be negatively impacted as a result of overtime denial.

Section M. The Board shall provide, at no cost to staff members, a Flexible Spending Account Plan. Staff members may defer certain predetermined amounts of their compensation which will be considered before tax earnings. These amounts will, at the direction of the individual participant, be used to reimburse said participant for certain health care and/or dependent care expenses incurred and considered deductible under the Internal Revenue Code.
Section M. Submit Compliance Reports to OCR for monitoring purposes. The first report is due within thirty (30) calendar days after the Agreement has been in effect for six (6) months and annually thereafter (Section M.3). Submit a final Compliance Report thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement (covering the previous months not included within the fifth annual Compliance Report (Section M.3). OTHER RELEVANT TIMEFRAMES (Continued) Section M: Provide OCR with a letter verifying that the approved interim and final policies and procedures have been distributed statewide within forty-five (45) calendar days after OCR’s approval (Section M.6). Submit a letter to OCR within nine (9) months after receiving the DCF Secretary’s or his designee’s approval of DCF’s Training Plan verifying that all training for ADA/Section 504 Coordinators, DCF Direct Service Facility Single-Point-of-Contacts, and other DCF Personnel has been completed (Section M.6). Submit a letter to OCR within one (1) year after receiving the DCF Secretary’s or his designee’s approval of DCF’s Training Plan verifying that all training for DCF Contract Agencies has been completed (Section M.6). Section M. 4.6.1 Part 1 – Fee is modified as follows: The Government will evaluate each Offeror’s cost proposal as described in Section L of the solicitation to ensure the proposed contains a summarization of direct labor, direct labor rates, indirect labor rates, G&A, if applicable, total costs, and fee for 2080 hours for each individual proposed in support of this requirement.

Section M. When it becomes necessary to reduce a teacher’s pay because of an unpaid absence from work, the per diem pay will be computed as 1/185, returning teachers & 1/186, new teachers, of his/her annual salary plus benefits. FMLA qualified benefits will not be deducted.
Section M. 33-15 1. An employee returning to active employment from an extended sick time absence which exceeds one month must provide at least seven (7) days advance notice to his/her supervisor. Upon return, he/she will be placed in the same or another available position within the department, for which he/she is qualified, unless the University’s or the employee’s circumstances have so changed as to make it impossible to do so. If the return causes a displacement of any employee (including the returning employee), the displaced employee will be placed or laid off in accordance with the priorities established in Article 26 (Layoff and Recall).
Section M. Attendance at Student-Related Events One extra-curricular activity/opportunity will be offered in each building per school year. Staff who attend the extra-curricular activity/opportunity will be compensated at the rate of $34 per hour, or portion thereof, for up to two (2) hours. Compensation shall be made on the next regular payroll date provided the time is submitted by the payroll cutoff date for such pay period. A bargaining unit staff member (assigned to sector) may request approval from her/his supervisor, which the supervisor may grant or deny in her/his sole discretion, to attend one official host-district event each school year for the purpose of student supervision. To request compensated attendance at an event, the employee must submit a request at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance of the event. An employee may not request compensation for parent-teacher conferences, open-house, curriculum night, or graduation. An employee shall receive the same compensation detailed above for attendance at the approved event, however, he/she shall not be eligible for compensation if he/she is receiving compensation from the host district for the event.
